1. Order Cancellations
Once an order is submitted and processed on unirasclothing.in, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or updated. Our packaging and shipping pipeline starts immediately upon confirmation to assure prompt delivery. Please review your cart contents, sizes, and shipping address details thoroughly before confirming payment.
2. Return & Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any products purchased. Since garments are detailed with precise size dimensions, we strongly encourage reviewing product sizing charts listed on each product details page prior to finalize purchase.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all garments prior to dispatch to ensure they meet our strict quality standards. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will review replacement queries under the following conditions:

- The WhatsApp message must include clear photos/videos of the issue, your order reference number, and a continuous 360° unboxing video recorded from the unopened package until the product is fully unpacked. The video must be unedited and show the entire opening process. Claims for damage, defects, missing items, or incorrect products will only be accepted with a valid unboxing video.
- The product must be in its original unworn condition with all brand tags and packaging intact.
Any approved replacement will be sent out at no additional cost to you, subject to stock availability.
